Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: We cannot hold a property without an approved application and credit/background check and Deposit 30 days MAX HOLD. -
Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: 1st month rent and a 1.5 month security deposit, pet deposit if required and cleaning fee if required -
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Yes based on condition upon move out -

A: We do not accept co-signers -

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Rent is paid online on our website. checks are no longer accepted -
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Depends on the property if pets are accepted. No Pitbulls -
Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: You are responsible for the duration of the lease if the roommate does pay -
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: 30 days notice is required -
Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: Tenants pay the first $100 of any repairs caused by tenant normal wear and tear. Damage from tenant then tenant is responsible for the repair cost
